Craig is mounting a multimedia exhibition, and he will perform and provide guided walk through/sharing activities in the Legacy Dream Space and Collections installations. Also, join us Saturday evening in the multimedia living room for an hour of visiting, playing old 78 recordings from the 1940s and 1950s and LP records from the 1960 and 1970s, and dancing if the spirit moves you.

WAM Artists in Studio 212 include:
Candy Kuehn
Candy Kuehn creates wearable, digital, and other arts mediums, from IPhone/Digital Apps, fabric dyes, ceramics, and movement Artwear. These live on the wall, the body, the ceiling, the floor and stage. Her work makes a person/space, beautiful, glow with movement. It’s seen at the Textile Center of Minnesota, local productions as Projection Sets, and local galleries. Now with husband, Craig Harris creating interactive experimental performance installations.
Diane Moncrieff
After a radiant career in modern dance, Diane set out on a journey in the realm of visual art. She now channels her creative energy into upcycling textiles, drawing, painting, digital art and surface pattern design. She chooses mediums and techniques that fit her projects, shaping pieces that reflect her life adventures. Off the canvas, she continues to find joy in the dance studio and can often be found immersed in strategic board games with her loved ones.
Pat Grady
In 2006, Pat Grady started Embellishing Bliss! part-time. My initial focus was designing Memory Keepsakes for people who wanted something to honor the memory of a loved one. T-shirts, jeans, neckties, dresses, and sweaters were transformed into tote bags, hats, quilts, pillows and other treasures. Now nearly 20 years later I feel like it is time to hit the “restart button” with Embellishing Bliss! I want to use my talents to help others. Whether that means transforming a sweater or shirt into a Memory Keepsake or guiding them in a new direction for their life, I want to provide inspiration and encouragement to those people who cross my path.
Angie McGuire
Angie has been creating custom clothing since 1999. She was 24 when she started her business, Clothing Optional Designs, where she specializes in lingerie, swimwear, evening gowns and party dresses. Angie started sewing at age 7 and continues to push the limits of her creative spirit. Through WAM membership she has learned so many new skills. Her favorites so far are the science of fabric dyeing and the many wonders of surface design. Thanks to WAM, she now sees her creations as wearable art!
Suzanne Simmalavong
Suzanne is a multifaceted professional with 13+ years of experience in creative and analytical roles, ranging from art, fashion, and merchandising to inventory and supply chain management. She embraces a personal commitment to continuous learning, seeking out new experiences and cultivating her creativity. An adventurous and curious artist, she is driven to explore the depths of the creative universe. Each art piece is a reflection of the complexity of who we are as individuals striving for our own personal path.
Maeve Duncan
Maeve Duncan is a new WAM board member, while finishing High School! Maeve is working on sustainability in Fashion and Art!!
Carol Austerman
Carol Austerman will be with us on Friday Night, showing her impeccably sewn simple patterns innovations.
Studio 212 is family friendly and accessible. All events are free; donations are gratefully accepted.
